Hi! My name is Abby Edgar!

I am lucky to say I have been an Idaho resident my whole life and was born and raised here in Meridian, Idaho. I have been involved with real estate in the Treasure Valley since I was young, my father Michael Edgar with Michael Ryan Real Estate has kept me involved with his brokerage through open houses, property management, residential sales, etc. within the last 10 years. After graduating from Rocky Mountain High School class of 2023, and Boise State University with my associates degree in the same year, I was then able to obtain my real estate license and begin following in my father's footsteps. Real estate has truly been my passion for many years and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be a father/daughter team with my dad.

Over the years I have seen all the amazing changes and growth in the valley, but growing up in the are has taught me so incredibly much about the place I love to call home. There truly is no other place like living here in the area and I hope to help other's see that as well and get to experience and see the valley the way I do.
